Two half day assessments focusing on safe off and on road driving in 4x4’s, understanding and correct use of 4x4 controls, operator vehicle checks, basic eyesight check, licence check and knowledge of company policy, route planning, vehicle sympathy.   A management report outlining future training and recommendations is supplied after the assessments.
