Crisis Team Training

This training focusses on the team dealing with remote incidents. Scenario-based learning encompasses leadership, teamwork, and communication skills using existing company processes and structures.

Crisis team training complements incident management training - whereas incident management training is all about the organisation's systems for dealing with an emergency, crisis team training is all about the team of people who are responsible for actually implementing those systems.

Our team of specialist facilitators includes experts in the fields of incident management, occupational and social psychology, communication and leadership. All our facilitators have real-life experience of managing incidents in wilderness environments.

Location: Training is usually held in the environment in which incidents would normally be managed.
Duration: According to the client's needs; often 1-2 days.
Often delivered with: First aid and incident management training.
